Exchange and Return Policy:
At Léia Gerke, we want your experience to be perfect. If you need to exchange or return an item, please follow the guidelines below, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code:
- Deadlines
Return due to buyer's remorse: Up to 7 calendar days after receipt. The refund will be issued using the same payment method or as store credit.
Exchange (size or model): Up to 15 calendar days after receipt (subject to stock availability).
- Item Condition
For the process to be accepted, the product must be:
Without signs of use, washing, odors or stains.
With the original labels and tags attached and intact.
- How to Request and Costs

The shipping cost for the first exchange or return is on us (via Correios postage code). In case of subsequent exchanges of the same order, the costs will be the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds
Store credit: Released within 3 business days after the item is inspected.
Pix (Brazilian instant payment system): Refund within 5 business days.
Credit Card: Refund requested within 7 business days (the credit on your statement depends on your card issuer).
